Bulawayo Mart Online Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace or your vendor account. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulawayo Mart Online Store, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the marketplace.
